ENAR and the construction machinery manufacturer Wacker Neuson Group have decided to join forces. This new partnership opens excellent future prospects for ENAR.

The two leading manufacturers of construction equipment have decided to unite.

The shareholders of ENAR have reached an agreement with the Wacker Neuson Group to transfer ownership to the group.

The Wacker Neuson Group is an internationally active corporate group headquartered in Munich, Germany. It is a leading manufacturer of light equipment and compact machinery for the construction and agricultural sectors, employing more than 6,000 people worldwide.

The group includes the brands Wacker Neuson, Kramer, Weidemann, and now Enar.

“We are very pleased to join a partner like Wacker Neuson, which opens up excellent future prospects for our company and the ENAR brand. I am confident that this union will provide our employees with the best opportunities for professional development and that, together with the Wacker Neuson Group, we will be in a stronger position to meet the needs of our customers,” said Jose Luis del Prim Imaz, President of the Enarco Group.

“With the acquisition of the Enarco Group, we have found the best way to expand our offering in the dynamic concrete technology market. ENAR products are excellently positioned, and the company has established strong market access, creating promising opportunities for our group,” stated Alexander Grechner, Executive Sales Director of the Wacker Neuson Group.

Given the strong market position of the ENAR brand and the high acceptance of its products, Wacker Neuson will manage ENAR as an independent brand. The group’s headquarters will remain in Zaragoza, and the company will continue manufacturing light equipment for global distribution from its facilities.
